McElroy’s Inc., a regional HVAC, mechanical and plumbing company is currently seeking an Accountant. This position will be responsible for general accounting functions as well as overseeing daily processes. They will work together with various staff and management to implement and improve upon processes and procedures in order to maximize company efficiency.
- Manage commercial and residential service billing
- Oversee processing of cash receipts
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare journal entries
- Process payroll including taxes and various other payments
- Payroll reporting to various entities
- Oversee enrollment and changes to employee benefit plan
- Direct and coordinate workflow for accounting administrative staff
Education or Certifications
- B.S. Accounting
- Five years of experience in accounting
