McElroy’s took the lead on creating a welcoming environment for visitors, staff and students by installing high-efficiency rooftop cooling units, boilers and hydronic piping systems.To keep all areas of Morgan Hall comfortable and energy-efficient, McElroy’s designed, programmed and installed complete building automation and controls systems. Plumbing, domestic water and waste systems were also expertly completed by McElory’s.
