Topeka, KS 75,000 SQ FT

Completed: October 01, 2020

Stormont Vail Health wanted to provide a full range of dermatologic, plastic surgery and aesthetic services in one location, while conveniently serving the primary care and family medicine needs of southwest Topeka. They chose McElroy’s for our proven medical-facility expertise.

McElroy’s craftsmen constructed intricate heating, cooling and ventilation systems for precise climate control of office and patient environments, lab and surgical areas, diagnostic equipment and computers. Piping systems for medical gas, hydronics and refrigerant flow were installed within precise specifications. For all domestic water and waste needs, McElroy’s provided plumbing, piping, circulation systems and fixtures.

To help ensure optimum function and energy efficiency, we designed, installed and programmed the building automation systems. McElroy’s innovative thinking and attention to detail help create environments where medical teams can deliver patient-focused care – with optimum facility functionality at minimized ownership costs.
